VakıfBank’s employee indemnity policy is composed in accordance with the provisions of Labor Law No.4857. In this context;
-As per Provisional Article 6 of Labor Law No. 4857 and Article 14 of abolished Labor Law No. 1475,employees and their legal heirs in case of their death are entitled to a severance pay and to be paid accordingly.
-As per Article 17 of Labor Law, an employee is entitled to termination pay, if the Bank terminates the open-ended employment contract without a legal notice period
