Terms of Service

There have been some changes in our Customer Contact Center operations at +90 850 222 0 724 and 444 0 724 in accordance with the Regulation on Banks' Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services.

In this context, in order to provide your transactions through our Customer Contact Center, one or more of the following conditions will be expected to be verified depending on your transaction;

  • Calling from the phone number registered in our bank,
  • Confirmation of the transaction with Mobile Signature if you are using Mobile Banking,
  • Entering the credit card or debit card password,
  • Entering the One Time Password that will be sent to your mobile phone registered with our Bank during the transaction,
  • One or more of the conditions of correct and successful keying of the digital password will be expected to be verified according to the transaction you will perform.
