VakıfBank Mobile is an application for smartphones and tablets enabling you to perform your banking transactions from your mobile device.
All our retail and commercial customers using our Bank's Internet Banking channel are welcome to use VakıfBank Mobile by downloading the application to their devices and completing the necessary activation steps on the device.
Once our customers have installed VakıfBank Mobile on their devices, they can complete their card or ID card information activation using their customer number and Digital Password. Our customers who have not used VakıfBank Mobile before or do not remember their passwords can get a new password from the "Get Password" step.
You can receive money or send money to others without an IBAN or account number by defining an easy-to-remember information such as mobile phone number, e-mail address, Turkish Republic Identity Number or Tax Identity Number to your account through the Easy Address System.
To define your Easy Address, you can login to VakıfBank Mobile and follow the steps of Sending Money > Easy Address Transactions or apply to our branches and define your information to your account of your choice.
You can use VakıfBank Mobile wherever there is a mobile network or wireless internet connection.
