ViBi, the virtual assistant of our mobile application, is now with us as a financial assistant with its new features. ViBi reminds you of your regular money transfers, analyzes your bill payments, and keeps track of your transactions by alerting you of pending but delayed payments and upcoming payments.

With ViBi's new feature, you can see your upcoming payments on a weekly basis. ViBi displays your payments for each week on a single screen and provides you with weekly suggestions.
ViBi handles the transaction with you, reminding you when the dates of your regular money transfers are approaching.
It analyzes the amounts regularly sent to your account from your account activity and notifies you when the relevant transaction is overdue.
It displays your bill payments for the previous months in consolidated form and analyzes the distribution of monthly bill spending on the same screen.
ViBi, with its new version, acts like an organizer that summarizes the financial situation with its smart guidance and analysis features.

We added the Benim Yerim menu to VakıfBank Mobile application with the importance we attach to customer experience. Thanks to this new function we introduced, you can add your home and vehicle information on VakıfBank Mobile via Benim Yerim (My Place) and quickly make all your payments related to them. On Benim Yerim, you can add your own home and vehicle, or you can add other people's homes and vehicles.
You can track invoices, rent, dues, loans, money transfers, MTV, traffic fines, HGS expenses for the houses and vehicles you will add on a single screen.
With the smart reminder feature, you will receive notifications for your transactions registered in Benim Yerim, so you can make your payments without interruption. You can also easily access Health, Education, Travel and Personal Payments from Benim Yerim.
You can check the payments for your added assets and easily manage your total debt. You will also be able to make all the payments you will need with Benim Yerim, so you will experience the comfort of a personalized space.

In VakıfBank Mobile, even if your balance is insufficient, your transactions will not be interrupted. For TL transactions such as money transfers, overdraft, credit card, and bill payments, if the balance is insufficient, you can continue with your transaction using one of the 3 alternative options:

Overdraft Application / Limit Increase: You can apply for an overdraft account or increase the limit of your current overdraft account, and complete your transaction from the Pending Transactions menu.
Payment with a Different Account: You can return to the transaction screen and continue with another account or card that has sufficient balance.
Continue with Cash: From the Pending Transactions menu, you can complete the transaction once your account balance reaches the required amount or by depositing cash via a QR code at an ATM.

In this way, you can easily complete your transactions at any time and experience seamless banking.
You can easily access your pending transactions after logging into VakıfBank Mobile, either through a reminder from your Financial Consultant ViBi or by following the steps: All Transactions > QR Transactions > Pending Transactions.
