  • The Complementary Health Insurance is limited to 10 cases per year in all health institutions with which a special agreement is made, and 100% of these cases are covered.
  • The examinations (tests, X-rays, advanced diagnostic methods, physiotherapy) included in the outpatient treatment coverage and to be applied up to 10 times depending on the doctor's examination are covered within the same examination limit.

  • Treatment expenses in non-contracted institutions, including emergencies, are not covered under the coverage.
  • Medication and vaccination expenses are not covered by the policy.
  • Health services not covered by the Social Security Institution are not considered within the scope of coverage.
  • Inpatient treatment expenses are not covered for 90 days following the start date of the policy, regardless of whether the disease comes abruptly or as a result of an accident.
  • Physical therapy and rehabilitation, endoscopic interventions are excluded for 90 days, regardless of whether outpatient or inpatient.
  • Illnesses dating back to before the policy start date will not be paid for.
