In order to benefit from the customer communication center service for 24/7, you must have signed the Individual Product and Service Package Contract. There have been some changes in our Customer Contact Center operations at +90 850 222 0 724 and 444 0 724 in accordance with the Regulation on Banks' Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services.

In this context, in order to provide your transactions through our Customer Contact Center, one or more of the following conditions will be expected to be verified depending on your transaction;

  • Calling from the phone number registered in our bank,
  • Confirmation of the transaction with Mobile Signature if you are using Mobile Banking,
  • Entering the credit card or debit card password,
  • Entering the One Time Password that will be sent to your mobile phone registered with our Bank during the transaction,
  • One or more of the conditions of correct and successful keying of the digital password will be expected to be verified according to the transaction you will perform.

Bankomat or Credit Card Password

You can get your password from our Internet Banking, VakıfBank Mobile, Branches and Customer Contact Center channels. You can perform your transactions by calling the Customer Contact Center at +90 850 222 0 724.

Digital Password

You can create your password via VakıfBank Mobile and from our customer contact center at +90 850 222 0 724. In order to create your digital password via VakıfBank Mobile, you can set your password using the step of "Get Password". Your digital password should consist of 6 digits and should not consist of consecutive numbers or the same numbers.

For example; it shouldn't be 123456 or 222222 etc.

Single-Use Password

It will be sent as SMS to your mobile phone number registered in our Bank during the transaction. You can update your mobile phone number registered with our Bank via ATM, Internet Banking, VakıfBank Mobile and Branch channels.

Mobile Signature

By downloading the VakıfBank Mobile application for free from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, you can have Mobile Signature. To use Mobile Signature, after installing the application on your phone, it is sufficient to follow the "Activation" steps. With the 6-digit digital password you set during the activation process, you can easily and securely use both Mobile Signature and the VakıfBank Mobile application.
