With Internet Banking, you can easily perform many banking transactions 24/7 without going to a branch, from anywhere with internet access.
First of all, you need to visit your nearest VakıfBank Branch and sign the Individual Product and Service Package Agreement or use the Become an Internet Customer service to become an Internet Banking member.
Afterward, you can get your Digital Password via Get Password or by calling the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724. When receiving a password from Phone Banking you will be asked to verify the password of your Bankomat Card that you use at the ATM for your security. No fees are charged for the Internet Banking application.
The customer number refers to the 12-digit number given to you specifically when you open your account at VakıfBank, which identifies you to our bank.

This is a single password used in VakıfBank Mobile, Internet Banking and Mobile Signature applications. Virtual Keyboard is an application that allows customer number/password entry from the screen using only the mouse instead of using the keys on the computer keyboard.
The Virtual Keyboard, developed against virus programs (key loggers) that record the information of every key you press on your keyboard, provides you with protection against your password being detected by such programs.
You can enter your customer number and password using your computer keyboard or the keys on the Virtual Keyboard.
You can make the desired configurations in Internet Banking by using the Profile > Settings> Password Transactions and Login Settings >Access Settings step. You can remove your restrictions by calling the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724.
Your SUP tool can only be used at VakıfBank Internet Banking and Customer Contact Center.
In order to use the SMS Password, your phone line must not be disabled for informational messages.

You can update your mobile phone number / e-mail address via Internet Banking and VakıfBank Mobile.
In Internet Banking, you can set daily limits for your transactions, including Funds Transfers/EFTs/Foreign Currency/Precious Metals/VakıfPay/SWIFT, by using the Profile > Settings > Limit Settings step.
If you haven't set a limit, the daily upper limit for transfers is 500,000.00 TRY, and for EFTs, it is 300,000.00 TRY. The total amount of transfers/EFTs and instructions you give on a specific date cannot exceed your daily transfer/EFT limit. The daily upper limit for foreign currency buy-sell transactions is as follows.
The transaction sub-limit for Funds Transfers and EFT is TRY 0.01, while for foreign currency buy-sell transactions, it is USD 1.00 or its equivalent.

You can perform your EFT transactions between 00:01 and 17:15 on business days. You can perform your money transfer and bill payment transactions on 24/7 basis. After 17:15 or on holidays, you can change the transaction date and give instructions for your EFT to be made on a later date.
To cancel the EFT transaction, you can call the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724 and submit your request. For the cancellation of the money transfer (remittance), please contact your branch.

As part of European Union regulations, an international bank account number standard called IBAN (International Bank Account Number) was developed to increase the speed and quality of money transfers and reduce their cost.
In accordance with the Communiqué of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, as of January 1, 2010, the use of IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is mandatory for EFTs.
Turkey IBAN consists of 26 digits. The first two digits contain the international code (TR), while the next two digits form the control digits and are used to verify the IBAN. You can change the settings of your accounts defined in Internet Banking to "View" and prevent financial transactions from being made from your account.
You may view the statements for all transactions you have made within the last 1 year via Internet Banking. The receipts are for information purposes. You can get your statement when you want to use it in your official transactions by contacting our nearest branch.
If you have a pop-up blocker on your computer, most of the pop-up windows are blocked from being displayed. To uninstall the pop-up blocker on your computer, check the "Pop-up blocker" setting in the Privacy tab of your browser's Tools/Internet options menu. You can open Current/Term TRY and DTH Accounts in Internet Banking, and if you wish, you can close the accounts you have opened by using the "Account Closing" step. Your account balance must be "0" to close your current account. Credit Bankomat Accounts, accounts with registered instructions and accounts with debts cannot be closed.
By using Internet Banking, you can open an e-Term TRY/DTH Account at any time of the day, from 1 day to 365 days, up to 1 point more than VakıfBank's current interest rates.
The lower limit for opening an account is TRY 50.000,00 USD 10,000.00 and EUR 10,000.00.
If you do not have a current account in the currency in which you want to open an e-Term Account, you can open a current account by using the "Opening a Current Account" step from the "My Current Accounts" menu.
If you have at least one automatic payment order with our bank, your savings deposit will be renewed with additional interest rates exclusive to Internet Banking.
In Internet Banking, you can deposit and withdraw money to your savings account. In case of withdrawal on a day other than the term end date, interest for that term is calculated on the amount remaining in the account. Interest rates applied to current accounts are applied to amounts withdrawn from savings accounts before their due dates.
You can only make a deposit to the savings account on the expiry date.

Gold bullions of 5, 10, 50, and 100 grams, Mashallah Coins of 2 grams, Sinan Gold of 20 grams issued in memory of Mimar Sinan, and GAP Gold of 32 grams issued in memory of the Southeastern Anatolia Project can be purchased, and sold at the Securities Centers, all branches and Internet Banking within the limits of stocks.
You can set and change your 4-digit credit card password (PIN) by going to Cards > Credit Card Settings > Password Transactions. Please take care for the confidentiality of your password information. Do not share your password with anyone, including bank staff, for your security. Do not use passwords that others can easily guess, such as date of birth.

We know that you want to protect the transactions you perform through the VakıfBank Internet Banking and Mobile Banking channels by using the latest technology. This is why we think that you may also want to use Mobile Signature. When you switch to using your Mobile Signature, your one-time password preference will change, and it will be sufficient to give approval via your Mobile Signature for Internet Banking login and all transactions that require a one-time password. You will be able to approve your transactions through Internet Banking by viewing the Mobile Signature detailed authorization screens and you will enjoy the pleasure of making transactions securely. Your mobile device must have your Mobile Signature turned on in order to approve transactions that require a one-time password from Internet Banking.

You will need to complete your activation after installing the application on your phone to use Mobile Signature.
