Other Bank Accounts and Cards

This is an Open Banking product that allows all our individual and commercial customers to view their account information and transaction history from different banks on a single screen in VakıfBank Mobile and internet banking, and to perform money transfers. Thanks to the newly added feature, our customers can add their card information and transactions from different banks to VakıfBank Mobile, view their card limits, statements, and points information, and track their transaction history in real time. With the "All Transactions" feature, all transactions related to added accounts and cards can be viewed in a single flow, and transactions can be quickly accessed using the search function.

How to do it?

  • Log in to VakıfBank Mobile.
  • From the main page, click on the "Other Bank Accounts and Cards" menu.
  • On the welcome screen that opens, click the "ADD OTHER BANK ACCOUNT/CARD" button.
  • The desired Bank/Institution is selected.
  • Access end dates or permission options can be changed optionally.
  • The information and consent forms are approved, and the CONTINUE button is clicked.
  • The next step is to redirect to the other bank/institution's approval screen to complete the transaction.
  • The accounts and cards to be added through other banks/institutions are selected and confirmed.
  • Once the verification process is complete, the account/card addition will be successfully completed.

Business customers can access account and card information from other banks for a maximum of 12 months, while retail customers can access it for a maximum of 6 months. After the specified period expires, the information can be viewed again by renewing the permission.
 

In the VakıfBank Mobile application, under the "Other Bank Accounts and Cards" menu, you can view a list of banks you have added under the "Permissions Given to VakıfBank" heading. From this section, you can access account and card details, and if you wish, you can revoke the access permission you granted by swiping the relevant bank to the left.
