Request Payment is a feature that allows you to request payment from your debtors.
Thanks to Request Payment in VakıfBank Mobile and Internet Banking, payments can be requested 24/7 from customers of all banks included in this system by using the IBAN, TR QR Code or Easy Address information of the person you will request payment from. In the same way, you can accept or reject incoming payment requests and carry out your transactions.
You can split your expenses by sharing your transactions such as transfers, EFT/FAST, invoices, etc. with others thanks to Request Payment.
Our customers can request payments from other people by proceeding from the Request Payment step in VakıfBank Mobile and Internet Banking menus.
You can view the payment requests you have sent from the Sent Payment Requests menu in VakıfBank Mobile and internet banking and view the payment requests you have received from other people from the Incoming Payment Requests menu.
You can change your Request Payment usage preference from the Request Payment Settings menu in VakıfBank Mobile and Internet Banking channels.
If you turn off your Request Payment setting, you will not receive payment requests from other people.
The other party can accept or reject the transaction until the expiration date you set when creating a payment request.
The payment request will expire after the time you have set. You can set this period to a maximum of 90 days.
Payment can only be requested from TL accounts.
There is no fee for requesting payment. When approving payment requests you receive, the current money transfer fee applies.
Currently, only banks authorized by the Interbank Card Center (BKM) are providing services, and other banks/institutions will be included in the system in the future.
When accepting incoming payment requests, you can only update the account to withdraw the money from and the description fields.
When creating a Request Payment order, you can make your transactions in line with your FAST and existing Remittance limits.
