Mobile Contactless Pay

Your mobile phone becomes your credit card with VakıfBank Mobile Contactless Payment!

You can define your credit card on your mobile phone with VakıfBank Mobile Contactless Payment and complete your purchases quickly, securely and practically by simply bringing your phone closer to the POS device without entering your card PIN for your purchases of 750 TL or less, and by entering your card PIN on the POS device for your transactions over 750 TL!

To define Mobile Contactless Payment on your phone;

Mobile Contactless Payment works on Android and NFC (Near Field Communication) smartphones with version 5.0 and above. Therefore, activate the NFC feature in the settings tab of your Android phone.
Click on "Mobile Contactless Payment Transactions" from the "Cards" menu in VakıfBank Mobile Banking application. (Mobile Contactless Payment Transactions are displayed in the current version, please check that your VakıfBank Mobile application is up to date).
The screen that opens lists your credit cards (personal/private/non-virtual cards) that can be defined for Mobile Contactless Payment Transactions. Select the credit card you want to be identified. Turn on/activate the Mobile Contactless Payment Definition.
If your card to be defined is your first card, the "Priority Card" tab is automatically selected. Priority card indicates that the payment will be charged to this card. You can identify more than one of your cards to Mobile Contactless Payment Transaction, select it as the priority card at any time and ensure that the transaction is executed from this card.
When you click the Confirm tab, your card will be successfully identified to Mobile Contactless Payment.

To make a payment;

Turn on the NFC feature of your device to make Mobile Contactless Payments. If you also have another bank's contactless payment application installed on your phone, you should select "VakıfBank" as the default payment application in the phone settings menu.
To pay 750 TL or less, simply unlock your phone if it has a key lock and scan your phone using the contactless POS device. For transactions over 750 TL, you need to enter the credit card password into the POS device. You will receive a notification on your phone at the end of the process that your transaction was successful.

By opening the Mobile Banking application, you can view your Mobile Contactless Transactions specific to the card with which you have made a transaction or your Mobile Contactless Transactions on all your cards defined for Mobile Contactless Payment from the "In-Period Transactions and Transactions Waiting in Provision" menus under the "Mobile Contactless Payment Transactions" menu.
