Ria, which commeced its operations in the field of international fast money transfer services in 1987, is one of the leading company and Ria provides economical, fast, reliable and qualified money transfer services in 149 countries and more than 316,000 payment locations all around the world.

Ria and VakıfBank work together in the field of international fast money transfer. Money transfer transactions are bilateral, which refers money transfers from abroad to Türkiye are called 'Ria Incoming Transfer' and money transfers from Türkiye to abroad are 'Ria Money Sending'.

  • “Ria incoming transfers” are made via TL, USD and EUR and 'Ria Money Sending’ Are made via USD and EUR .
  • Only individual customers over the age of 18 can make Ria money transfer transactions.

Receiving Money Through RIA

It is possible to get payment of 'Ria Incoming Transfer' transactions to Türkiye through any VakıfBank Branch or through VakıfBank mobile application.

Please follow the steps as below for the 'Ria Incoming Transfer' via VakıfBank branch.

  • Please visit any VakıfBank branch with the 11-digit PIN number given to the recipient by the sender and your valid ID document and present the relevant number to our Bank official along with the documents requested by VakıfBank officials.
  • Please fill in and sign the required fields in the 'Money Payment Instruction Form' provided to you by the VakıfBank officials and the information form (KVK) regarding the processing of personal data for real persons.
  • After the transaction is completed, customer can receive payment in cash or on customer self account.Our Bank does not charge any fees or commissions for incoming money transfer with Ria.

Follow the steps as below for transfer payments from Ria to be made via the VakıfBank Mobile application.

  • Start the transaction by clicking 'Incoming Money' from the International Money Transfer (RIA) menu under the 'Send Money' section on the main screen and entering the 11-digit PIN number, currency type and amount.
  • Then finish your transaction by filling in the requested information on the screen.
  • Incoming Ria Money transactions can be made in USD, EUR and TL.
  • Money Sending Transactions with RIA
  • Send Ria Money transfer abroad by visiting to any VakıfBank Branch with your valid ID document.

Please follow the steps as below during the process.

  • Please provide your valid identification document, the form you fill out, the amount you ask to transfer and the commission fee to the VakıfBank officals.
  • Please fill out and sign the 'RIA Transfer Form' and the information form (KVK) regarding the processing of personal data for real persons.
  • Please inform the recipient of the 11-digit PIN number provided to you.
  • The amount transferred reaches the recipient quickly and safely within minutes.
  • Transferring time may vary from country to country and time differences may occur between countries.
