You need to get your card password in order to make transactions with your Bankomat Card.
To receive your password to be used both for shopping and ATMs,
SMS messages sent to 5724 will be charged as 1 SMS message at the tariffs of operators.
You can also generate your password via SMS that we will send to you upon applying to our Branches.
You can request renewal of your Bankomat Card via Mobile and Internet Banking, calling the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724 or applying to our Branches.
If your card is lost/stolen, you should inform us as soon as possible via VakıfBank Mobile and VakıfBank Internet Banking or calling the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724. Your card will then be canceled and a new card will be sent to your address or to our nearest branch upon your request.

Your Bankomat Card keeps track of the payment dates of your bills such as electricity, water, natural gas, telephone, cell phone, cable TV, digital TV for you. If you have an Overdraft Account, your bills will be paid even if there is no money in your account.
There is no fee for automatic bill payment orders you place on your Bankomat Card.

You can shop with your Bankomat Card within the daily customer shopping limit. You can increase the daily POS and online shopping limits of your card via VakıfBank Mobile or VakıfBank Internet Banking.
With your Bankomat Card, you can withdraw money from ATMs within your daily cash withdrawal limit.
