You need to get your card password in order to make transactions with your Bankomat Card.

To receive your password to be used both for shopping and ATMs,

  • You can send your SMS to 5724 by typing SIFRE and leaving a space and entering your Bankomat Card number or
  • You can call our Bank's ATMs, VakıfBank Branch or Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724.

SMS messages sent to 5724 will be charged as 1 SMS message at the tariffs of operators.

You can also generate your password via SMS that we will send to you upon applying to our Branches.

You can request renewal of your Bankomat Card via Mobile and Internet Banking, calling the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724 or applying to our Branches.

If your card is lost/stolen, you should inform us as soon as possible via VakıfBank Mobile and VakıfBank Internet Banking or calling the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724. Your card will then be canceled and a new card will be sent to your address or to our nearest branch upon your request.
 

  • A Virtual Bankomat Card is a debit card that runs depending on your VakıfBank Checking TRY account, where the card is not physically available and therefore is not at risk of loss/theft, and can be used for your Internet purchases. With VakıfBank Virtual Bankomat Card, you can safely and easily shop from all domestic and international websites. Virtual Bankomat Card is created instantly, available immediately, and without any card fee.
  • You can quickly create your Virtual Bankomat Card from VakıfBank Mobile and VakıfBank Internet Banking.

  • You can earn "Bankomat Money" from your purchases with your Bankomat Card, and spend your Bankomat Money as you wish. So, using your card, you can shop safely without carrying cash and earn while spending. The Bankomat Money you earn from your purchases with your Bankomat Money-enabled card is transferred to your account when it reaches the amount you specify.
  • You can join Bankomat Money via VakıfBank Internet Banking and VakıfBank Mobile or you can send an SMS to 5724 by typing BANKOMAT and leaving space and then entering the last 6 digits of your Bankomat Card. In addition, if you participate in Bankomat Card campaigns via SMS, your card is automatically integrated into the Bankomat Money system. Your Bankomat Money subscription will be processed on a card-based basis.

  • With your contactless labeled Bankomat Card, you can make transactions for purchases of TRY 750 or less at one time by simply bringing your card closer to the POS device without entering your card PIN.
  • For transactions over 750 TL, you can complete your purchases quickly, safely, and practically by entering your card PIN at the POS device!
  • You can submit your renewal/new card request from the My Bankomat Cards menu on VakıfBank Mobile and VakıfBank Internet Banking. In this way, your new card will be a contactless card. 
  • If you wish, you can apply to your nearest VakıfBank Branch or call the Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 0 724.

Your Bankomat Card keeps track of the payment dates of your bills such as electricity, water, natural gas, telephone, cell phone, cable TV, digital TV for you. If you have an Overdraft Account, your bills will be paid even if there is no money in your account.

There is no fee for automatic bill payment orders you place on your Bankomat Card.

  • You can also use your Bankomat Card for online shopping using the 3D Secure password.
  • You can also define your Bankomat Card to the BKM Express system offered by the Interbank Card Center. This allows you to shop quickly and securely at all BKM Express member merchants with a single-use password that will be sent to your phone registered in the system without sharing your card details.

You can shop with your Bankomat Card within the daily customer shopping limit. You can increase the daily POS and online shopping limits of your card via VakıfBank Mobile or VakıfBank Internet Banking. 
 

With your Bankomat Card, you can withdraw money from ATMs within your daily cash withdrawal limit.

  • You can withdraw money from ATMs all over the world with your Bankomat Card. Thus, you will not run the risk of carrying money and you will not have to deal with details like receiving change.
  • The TRY equivalent of purchases you make with your Bankomat Card while abroad and withdrawals you make from ATMs are calculated and reflected to the account to which your Bankomat Card is linked.
