Mr. İlbilgi graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. Since 1996, Mr. İlbilgi held the positions of Associate, Manager and Head in various departments at VakıfBank. Appointed as Executive Vice President on August 1, 2017, Mr İlbilgi is responsible for Strategy, General Accounting and Affiliates.

Treasury Management 

Mr. Özkan graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance. Since 2000, Mr. Özkan has held the positions of Auditor, Manager and Head in various departments and branches of VakıfBank. Appointed as Executive Vice President on May 31, 2019, Mr. Özkan is responsible for Treasury Management.

Credit Monitoring, Company Analysis and Credit Policies

Mr. Çokçetin graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance. After working for a period at the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Çokçetin has held the positions of VakıfBank since 1996, including Financial Analyst, Manager and Head of Department. Appointed as Executive Vice President on July 13, 2020, Mr. Çokçetin is responsible for Credit Monitoring, Company Analysis and Credit Policies.

Information Technologies

Mr. Koç graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics. Mr. Koç worked at VakıfBank as  Programmer and Technical Manager between 1997 and 2012 and as Team Leader at QNB /IBtech between 2012 and 2016. Since 2016, Mr. Koç held the positions of Manager and Head of Department within EBIS at VakıfBank. Appointed as Executive Vice President on May,15 2026, Mr. Koç is responsible for Information Technologies.

Credit Allocation Management 1

Mr. Demirkıran graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics. He started his professional career at Vestel in 1991 and entered the banking sector in 1995 as Assistant Associate at Pamukbank, where he later held the position title of Manager. He subsequently served as Branch Manager and Head of Department at Halkbank, Group Head at Ziraat Bankası, Executive Vice President at Ziraat Katılım and Executive Vice President at Halkbank. Appointed as Executive Vice President on May 8, 2026, Mr. Demirkıran is responsible for Credit Allocation Management I.

Digital Banking, Payment Systems and Corporate Communications

Mr. Kırbaş graduated from Gazi University, Department of Economics and completed his master's degree at Ankara Social Sciences University, Technology Policy and Innovation. He began his banking career at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye in 1997 and joined Ziraat Bank in 1999. Throughout his career in Ziraat Bank, he has held the  positions, including Auditor, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Auditors, Head of Corporate Communications, Executive Vice President responsible for Digital Banking, Operations and Communications and Regional Manager. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ziraat Bank Bosnia, Ziraat REIT and Ziraat Technology. Appointed as Executive Vice President on May 26, 2026 Mr. Kırbaş is responsible for Digital Banking, Payment Systems and Corporate Communications.

Corporate and Commercial Banking

Mr. Madenci graduated from Sakarya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences,  Department of Economics. Since 1999, he has held the positions of Halkbank, including Associate, Senior Associate, Assistant Manager, Commercial Branch Manager, Manager and Head of Department. In 2019, he was appointed Executive Vice President responsible for Corporate and Commercial Marketing, followed by Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Allocation and Management in 2026. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Halk Faktoring in 2022 and Chairman of the Board of Halk GYO in 2025. Appointed as Executive Vice President at VakıfBank on July 3, 2026, Mr. Madenci is responsible for Corporate and Commercial Banking.

Private Secretariat and Support Services

Mr. Yıldırım graduated from Bilkent University,  Department of Political Science and completed his master’s degree in Başkent University, Sociology. He began his professional career as Advisor at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and later worked as Portfolio Manager in Public Finance at DenizBank. In 2020, Mr. Yıldırım joined Halkbank as Advisor to the General Manager and subsequently served as Head of Payment Systems Marketing Department and later as Group Head of Private Banking and Digital Transformation. During this period, he also served as Member of the Board of Directors at Halk Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. and chaired the Market Development Committee of the Interbank Card Center. Appointed as Group Head on April 16, 2026, Mr. Yıldırım is responsible for Private Secretariat and Support Services. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of Arabic.

Mr. Şahin graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations. Since 2000, Mr. Şahin has held the positions of VakıfBank including Auditor, Manager, Coordinator and Head of Department. Appointed as Group Head on April 30, 2026, Mr. Şahin is responsible for Internal Systems Group.

International Banking Group

Mr. Tahan graduated from Boğazici University, Political Science and International Relations Department. He started his banking career in 2006 as Assistant Auditor at VakıfBank’s Audit Board. He served as Auditor between the years of 2009 and 2011, and subsequently held the positions of Assistant Manager and Manager of Investor Relations Department between 2011 and 2019. Mr. Tahan served as Head of International Banking and Investor Relations until 2026 and had an active role on obtaining external funding under diversified structures such as syndication loans, DPR securitization, Eurobond issuances and long term IFI funding. Appointed as Group Head on May 15, 2026. Mr. Tahan is responsible for International Banking and also member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committees.

Mr. Başer graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Since 2013 in VakıfBank, he has held the positions, including Auditor, Manager and Head of Department. Appointed as Group Head on July 17, 2026, Mr. Başer is responsible for Human Resources, Enterprise Architecture and Performance Management.

Mr. Karamık graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration of and completed master's degree in Public Administration from the Institute of Social Sciences at Akdeniz University. He began his career at VakıfBank in 2008 as Internal Controller at the Internal Control Department. He subsequently served as Branch Manager between 2015 and 2020, Sales and Marketing Manager between 2020 and 2024, and Regional Manager between 2024 and 2026. Appointed as Group Head on July 17, 2026, Mr. Karamık is responsible for Legal Affairs and Liquidation.
